Ok, so putting myself at risk of being a total nerd...
Who here loves anime? Me! me! me! Okay, aside from me and my many personalities, who loves anime?
I'm going to list my favorites:
#1 favorite: Natsume Yujincho (crunchyroll)
#2 Favorite: Kurokami: the animation (crunchyroll)

#4.) Revolutionary Girl Utena (try veoh and animefreak.tv)
I think Revolutionary Girl Utena is my true number one favorite, but it was very hard to understand due to the fact that its completely allegorical and allusory. You won't understand it fully until you've watched both the anime and the movie both.

#6.) Kashimashi: Girl meets Girl (weird but good)

Toppe Tenge Gurren Laggan It is pretty rediculous and over the top, but it is by far the most entertaining and hilarious anime I have ever seen. I recommend anyone who likes anime watch it!

Oh, and I have to say I agree w you nekotine on Grave of the fireflies. I LOVE that movie SOOOO much, but I dont think I can ever watch it again as I just completely lose it and just bawl for like at least an hour.[/b] |

Rubi, are you just listing what you have seen? Or just your favorites? Cause that is a pretty huge list! About half of which I haven't even seen. O.o Which I feel kinda bad about... I really need to watch more anime >.>
Oh though I did just remember one more fav of mine.
Hare ha itsumo noche guu. (The jungle was shiny and then came Guu) Absolutely hysterical. |

There's more, trust me... XD
I skipped Sailor Moon only because that was my favorite when I was a kid.
Most of those up there are horror animes, my FAVE genre.
