Hi
Just found your site after looking to see if I could find some website that would link my interests - gaming + girls.
I've been roleplaying and computer gaming for 20 years.
I currently live in Azeroth (Horde-side)
Like Xena, BSG, Dr Who, Firefly, Farscape, Life on Mars etc
Also have an XBox 360 - getting a bit dusty due to WoW addiction and trying to fit in accountancy study.
So hi there from Brighton, Gay capital of England! |

Hey there!
Girl gamers are SO hard to find. Wish I could live in Brighton! Unfortunately I live somewhere much colder and wetter. I guess I better get back to my studies. If I could pull myself away from Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass! |

Hello there - i have just joined... am from London. I sooo love brighton. I dont visit it enough (infact last year i only went there twice!)
Anyway. it would be great to chat with some other like minded girlies and possibly play some on-line games together! is there a section to exchange things like Wii codes or NWFC game codes too? |

|
Hello all,
I came across this site whilst browsing afterellen.com, and just thought it would be nice to say hi to my fellow gay girl gamers! And it's nice to see that the website is managing to reach a few of us that live outside the US!
I used to live near Brighton so I agree that is a great city, but I'm afraid I'm a Londoner at heart these days!
I guess I shouldn't be surprised that something like this exists as I knew I couldn't be the only gay girl who plays! Whilst I wouldn't say I was really an obsessive gamer, none of my other gay girlies have even a small interest in gaming!
I want to ask a question and see if anyone is up for discussing the subject: do you think that a butch/femme scale would have any relevance here? I would propose that women who are more butch are more likely to play computer games... Any thoughts? Does playing actual sports correlate with gaming?
Before you give away any personal information, have some of mine I'm 22, I'm currently living in London, UK, whilst I study for my postgraduate degree, and I'm a girly girl (certainly more girly than most).
It would be great to get some of your opinions!
Hope to hear from someone soon!
Thanks,
Rachel x |

Hi,
In reply to you're question, well I would say maybe you're right maybe more butch women would tend to like gaming I dont really know though out of all the lesbians I know - only me and my girlfriend are into games, and she is quite girly and im not butch but not girly in between.
Plus when im playing online I hardly ever come across girls nevermind girls that are lesbians so its hard to tell i reckon.
