I'm gonna say flop.. I want it to succeed but i honestly doubt the game will capture the atmosphere and oppressive tension and fear that the movie had. 'sides i'm gonna say that the Saw franchise is dying and the game is a desparate way to try and breathe life into the franchise again..

I wouldn't even rent it...I was talking to a friend and he said that some of the puzzles are so friggin frustrating. I am not one for solving puzzles. _________________ Well, it's a dull life.

From what I have read the game bridges the gap between the first two movies, and 'apparently' answers alot of the questions from the first movie that were unanswered. The development team have also been working closely with the creators of the SAW movies, so Im guessing most of the tension is there.

I watched some of the trailers and demos and they have a sense of fear there, with some of the original traps from the movies with all new ones added in as extra features. It is heavily puzzle based, which I dont mind at all but I suppose it would get boring.

Aside from that its in a whole new setting, an asylum. The trophies look easy as pie thought, a very endearing thought for a trophy junkie like myself. But £44 for a copy, I dont think so. I will just wait until the sales kick in, and I mean KICK IN, Twisted Evil
