Well, we're coming up on the series finale week, so I was wondering if LG had any other Avatar: the Last Airbender fans.

Though obviously not a show with any out gay characters, it's got an amazing number of females. In fact,  the female-to-male ratio is actually around 50:50, which is a great feat for just about any television show. And they aren't the "oh, I'm a damsel in distress!" characters. They actively kick ass.

So, am I the only one excited and nervous about the finale?

Three seasons. The first is pretty good, but the second season is what ended up getting me hooked.

I love Avatar. I don't have cable though, so I have to wait for the dvds. I think the final disc is coming out this month.

Love that show, absolutely can't wait for the finale. Only animated thing I really enjoy these days.

True, there are so many animated TV shows where I just don't care about the characters or story :/

Yeah, I have to agree with you guys and say it's pretty much the only animated show I enjoy anymore. There need to be more like it.

I just hope the creators see the great potential for sequel series/prequel series. Like it could take place thousands of years in the future, where bending is a forgotten skill, those with the potential completely unaware until a few stumble upon their abilites by accident...etc.
