I actually found that rather offensive. That someone would "become a lesbian." Now, I believe that sexuality is a wonderful thing, whether you like women, men or both. But to say, in a society that vilifies us on the basis of our "wicked choice," that one can choose her orientation is in poor taste at best. It shows that she doesn't believe that homosexuality and bisexuality are simply part of the human condition, which I think is a disservice to queer people and to liberty in general.

I kind of thought her comments were pretty harmless, she's a kid and this was with GQ magazine, so they're obviously going to take that slant with her and it sounded like it was their thing since it reads like she's answering a question, rather than making a statement.

I'd be more worried Britney is wanting to adopt babies, than whether Hayden thinks Angelina and Jessica Alba are hotties.

I actually feel bad for Britney. I think she's a train wreck, but I think she's a product of celebrity really. Shame. As for this affair with Angie thing, every straight girl loves her and when they mention it the mags tend to just jump on in there and make it a big thing. I don't like the cheerleader for other reasons, but think it's cool she's into Angie loving too.
