Gamer SurveyHey guys,
I am currently writing a paper on video games. If you have a few mins spare could you please take the time answer the following 5 questions. All data collected is recorded annonymously, and your name or other indentifiying data will not be recoreded.

1: I am a woman hear me roar =p 19 years old.
2: i guess i consider myself a gamer, i most certainly won't be offended if anybody else calls me that.
3: erm... about 40 hours i guess,if i got a new game that needs to be beaten that is, otherwise 30-ish odd hours.
4:I own a Wii, xbox 360, Ps3, psp, Nintendo ds and an old playstation ^^
5:I lurve survival horror, i guess it's the scares that makes me go back to a game-like Silent hill or resident evil.

WOW a survey. I just love telling people about myself!! xD ok not.
BUT i did something similar to this in college for my psychology coursework so i sympathise with you on the persuit for knowledge lol. What is this paper for?
1. Female and im 20
2. Yea
3. um oh well it varies. 40 if i average it.
4. Pc and XBOX360 now but i have owned a ps3 and all last gen consoles. Just not a wii lol.

4. Own/ed PS & PS2, but mostly only game on the PC nowadays because I'm overseas and didn't take the consoles with me.

Hmm... lately 10-20. It really depends.

PS2, PS3, PSP, X360, DS

15-20ish hours.

Too many to mention but i play mostly on my xbox 360 or ds lite. PS3 and Wii dont really get a look in.

Music games (if thats a genre) or RPG.

4. I used to play pc games more but now I play more with the 360 and PS3. I mainly use the Wii for VC and Wiiware games.

2. Yes, fairly hardcore.
3. As many as 40 hours, as few as 0 hours--depends what's going on in my life at the time. (Recently it's been low; probably 1-2 hours).
4. Most of the major Nintendo and Sony ones since 1985. Recently my tendency has been towards portable and PC games.
5. It's varied throughout the years. 10 years ago it was platformer. 5 years ago it was RPG or SRPG. 1-2 years ago it could probably be argued as first person shooter. Recently it's probably SHUMP.
