I hate these posts...And coming up with subjects or actually writing about myself. =P I figured I should though because this is my current attempt to relieve sheer boredom at work (to anyone who said they wanted a job where they did nothing but surf the internet for eight hours, stop wishing for it. It's boring as all hell).
Anyway, about me...lessee.
I'm a gamer whose life has currently been eaten by World of Warcraft (Ursin; PVP server, but I swear I'll give someone 10g if they actually play on that. It must have like the lowest population ever). Other than that I've been rocking the Guitar Hero lately and mourning the death of decent RPGs (seriously, since when did decent plots become such a rare comodity?). Oh and when Super Smash Brothers Brawl came out, I had a brief affair with that before I got sucked back into WoW.
I'm from the USA, specifically the New England area. Other than that, I like reading, anime and shin ramen.

Not a WoW gamer either; but welcome, Ashara! And I agree, it's better to have something to do at work than to wait for 8 hours to pass. No fun surfing at work, because the IT staff and the boss have all the surfing log. Eeek.

Hey, thanks for the welcome everyone.
I don't mean to make it sound like I do nothing but WoW. It's just the only game I'm really playing right now. =x Debating on buying a 360 though in the future.

Hey I play on the fluffy-bunny feathermoon. non-consensual pvp is too frustrating for me. what kind of character do you play? If you play horde-side I might be willing to try and brave-up and give your server a go.

I wouldn't recommend a PVP server. I've tried 'em and they're absolutely brutal. It's like "Oh I'm just a lvl 1 trying to kill some boars so I can be up to lvl 10 in a couple of hours" then the next thing you know there's a lvl 70 decked out with purples ganking you and camping your corpse for an ungodly amount of time. Seriously you can't solo, you have to be part of a gang at all times.
Well, that's just my experience.

meh yeah that has been my experience with them. though i do have some experience in the world of Eve as well which is much more brutal, but the community to prevent said ganking is also stronger so...
meh to all of it i say.

One thing about WoW is that if you asked me a month ago I would say the game is always a joy, I always progress so fast and have so much fun, but since then my wife's gone home to Hawaii for a few weeks and now I'm faced with the experience of playing the game alone. It still can be fun but sometimes it is a bit boring and I find myself looking for something else to do.
Most games are more fun with others...

Love the game, not that great at it though lol, apparently my friend said I am a "nipple rider" not my term (don't know the origin of it), but I thought it was funny anyway... it's when you play and the guitar is right below your chest -.-;;

Never heard that before lol. GH3 ended up being a bit too difficult for me on the higher echelons at Hard, but luckily they're going to change the focus of the next one.

I'm a Horde side druid. One of those rare, and few female Taurens. Main toon's Sytaera. Give me a shout if you're ever on. I'm not quite at 70 yet and actually since I got back from vacation haven't been playing much but I am determined to get there. =/
And psh, PvP servers aren't so bad and Ursin' low population so it's not as awful as it sounds. I mean sure I had my healthy time of being ganked (and ganking) but you know, it makes it a little bit more fun to me if I have to watch out for alliance jerks

Ugh, my friend bought Guitar Hero Rock the 80s while she was here and I was determined to not buy that game and now I feel the horrid urge to because the first set was pretty awesome. I'm still trying to graduate from heavy mode to expert but some songs are just too rough. =/ Especially in 3. It's like twice as hard.

I suggest you have 2 chars to level up. Then you can just switch to the other if someone is griefing you.
By the way, what is the idea of RPPVP? ... does anyone have good experiences from these servers, cause I can't see the difference from rppvp and pvp?
