Is sketchers anti-gay?I saw a commercial on tv today that made stop and think "ok..what r they trying to say?". If its not homophobic I still think its in bad taste and I love my sketchers...might start buying another brand tho..
And then after I looked on youtube to try and find it there was another one that I have to question..maybe its just me but im not really liking these commercials so much.

I thought the first one was distasteful.

Deffinately in bad taste. I personally wear vans, my daughter likes her sketchers so thankfully the ads for hers are tasteful.

To me, it looks like they're being homophobic. I don't like those shoes anyways.

Vans are better than sketchers so I'd go with that. Or there's DC shoes.

Whether homophobic, or not. neither advert makes me want to buy them.
You could also apply the implication that sketchers make people look gay, from these adverts, and might just turn everyone transgendered.
They're terrible adverts whichever way you look at them.
