miss california's comments?i know i'm late on this subject but when i flipped thru the news this evening and still see a report about her, i couldn't help but be perplxed as to why news reporters are still interested in her at all. i completely agree with her opinion and her belief in what marriage is and should be but i've never really cared for her at all. she's ugly with fake boobs and a terrible smile. girls who look like her should never be accepted in any beauty contest whatsoever-- it's very insulting. moreover, why the hell is the majority of ppl here in the u.s. upset at what she said anyway. it's no different than her saying she doesn't like carrots. she didn't say that she HATES lesbos and gays therefore "same sex" marriage shouldn't be allowed. even some of my co-workers and my friend's friends were all whiny about what she said the day after the show aired. when i told them i completely agree w/what that girl said they turned their anger toward me. here's the bottomline ppl. (in case no one still gets it:) nobody actually has rights. let me repeat that and emphasize it better: NOBODY ACTUALLY HAS RIGHTS. i don't have rights. the women don't have rights. the president of the u.s. don't even have rights, etc., etc. all that talk and legislation about rights are nothing more than a facade. it's there to make ppl feel good about themselves. why else would anyone ask ye, "what gives ye the right?" or "you don't have the right to say that to me" whenever ye say something that's not pc. i guess ppl just like to whine about frivolous things A LOT and some more so than others. Then there's this uproar about the recent california court ruling on prop 8. lol i'm too damn lazy to get started on that too so i'll end it here.
