Mortal Kombat Vs DC UniverseI went into game today and I was looking at this game for ages, nearly went and paid for it then stopped (thought I'd check ebay). Who here has played it and what do you think? I find myself lately not being able to buy games, I don't know what it is, maybe I'm looking to hard for a game that gives me the GTA feeling. But yeah, MK V DC, what's the verdict?!?

I have the game and aside from a good story mode I'm not impressed with the multiplayer. Whenever I tried playing I couldn't because the server was down and wasn't even able to create a game. I think playing multiplayer gives others who are better at the game an unfair advantage. Playing normal vs kind of gets boring after a while cause there's only so many characters to play. I don't think the game (or many games for that matter) was worth the 60 dollars as there was no added content to make it exciting.
Although I will say being able to play as Superman is pretty kickass  And being able to play old school characters from Mortal Kombat makes me all nostalgic lol

I think it's more a 'renter' than a 'buyer' I think the replay value is low once you've beaten it and played it a few times. I put about 20 hours into this game and I had fun but I don't think I will rent it again

I did not really care for it which may be because I had a bias before hand and was looking to find a reason not to like it.
I thought there was too much talking and too many cut scenes in the story mode and multiplayer is weak. Save about $50 and rent it for abt $10, if at all.

I just played it over at my friends house and had a blast. We all just kind of messed around on it though and I didn't try playing story mode or anything. Once it comes down in price I might pick it up.

I finally gave in and rented this game today. Definitely worth it, not sure I would have been as pleased if I had bought it though. As for superman, dude majorly sucks, I nearly threw my pad into my tv trying to beat dark kahn, I finally killed him after like the millionth time. Oh yeah justrose, I'm still down for a battle

i have it and love it. the only thing that sucks is that you can get by spamming the same moves over and over again. great for beginners but kinda shallow for those who know the MK universe.
