Make sure you sleep enough, eat some fruit and drink alot.. For the rest what helps with me is: eating pepper or chilli or something else that's spicy to clear my nose and thinking of you ofcourse I wish I were there with you.. I love my EMT SnowRiver Or you could see a doctor, I'm sure they're more qualified than we are... cupidsslave87 yeah i could but i don't have med insurance lol besides it's not like i broke an arm or anything iFidget try and get a nasal spray for your blocked nose. In Australia the brand is fess. its basically a natural saline solution which comes in an inhaler which helps clear things up. I perma inhale those when I'm congested. It might also help with your headache, as often headaches can be sinus related. I know you just said you dont have med insurance but you say you get sick a lot it probably wouldn't hurt to get a checkup. Its not a broken arm but your still feeling like crap.
