I just had a couple of questions. I was going over your guild charter and it looks like that you require healbot for healers?
Any reason why? Personally I use mouse-over macros + grid and it works just fine. I actually really dislike healbot.
Also you mention casual raiding? What sort of content?
I've been sorta interested in all girl's raiding since whenever I read that Ensidia bans girls or whatever.
I mean to be completely honest, I'm the raid leader/guild leader of a progressive raiding guild at the moment but WoW's becoming a job so I've been looking for something a little more casual but I'd still like to raid.
I might just roll a toon on the server versus transfering though.

The raid rules are going to be updated to include Clique w/ Grid or any other healing mod that will support healers for raiding. So your personal choice of macros + grid is perfectly fine. There are many healers who don't care for healbot!
The five of us who have started this guild have also been in hard core raiding guilds and pretty much have suffered burnout where it does feel like a job. We have all raided from Burning Crusade 25 man to TOC 25 man. When our membership increases we will be running a 3 day a week guild raid schedule. Though are main toons are well geared past Naxx, we will not hesitate to do some Naxx raiding to start gearing newer 80's. Of course we would love to jump into 25 man TOC, but this is a new guild we are in the building stage. We do not wish to be a hard core raiding guild, but to enjoy the game! We all have real life jobs and the game is our time off.
We welcome toons from 1-80 and will support a casual leveler or raider. Please feel free to roll a toon over on Proudmoore and come join us for a little getaway from your raid job!
