Recommend me places to go in US/Canada pwetty pwease :(just need some advice from ye olde american/canadians
ive been in canada for 3 weeks (im from aust) im currently in Vancouver and am going on a longest way possible trip which will eventually land me in toronto should things somehow go to plan...
I Really really like vancouver but the amount of IT work here is pretty much null its all in Toronto (ive got canadian work visa)
So.. im going to do some touristy stuff before toronto.
Firstly heading seattle/olympia/portland which are a given. no effing way im missing out on portland.
But im stuck on what to do after that.
Head down to san fran/san diego? (sorry i refuse to go back to LA  unless someone can convince)
then what about the centre and east side after that? I never was interested in the east side since all the fine people live on the west side. Im going to expect some form of drought running through the middle of the US, unless there are secret gay areas i dont know about 
Any good places to visit and/or people to see (or maybe do  ) on the other side?
p.s if you also know of any good hostels to prance around you get the extra credits!
