The future of Tomb Raider?After disappointing sales of TR Underworld (and possibly Anniversary too, since I haven´t seen it available as a Platinum title, or even on the top 50 list of bestselling games from the year it was released) Eidos has fired 30 people, including Eric Lindstrom, the creative director of the past three games, and they are saying that another rejuvenation of the TR franchise is likely. I´m both happy and uneasy about that last bit, as I may have mentioned in the past I hated what had been done to Laras character in the CD games, and if this means they´ll be going away from that direction, well, then I feel like celebrating, but it doesn´t necessarily mean that they´ll go back to Classic Lara either (even though that´s what most fans have been shouting for since Legend, judging from the polls and forum feedback at Tomb Raider sites), especially if Toby Gard is still on board, so I´m a little divided right now. I enjoyed parts of Anniversary and Underworld, and felt they were definitely closer to the gameplay experience I wanted from a TR game, so I´m hoping future TR games will continue in that direction, rather than go as far from the classic gameplay as Legend did.

Like, Tomb Raider is so scary I've never really beat any of them!! Laura's hot and everything, but like, why so hard??

I've got underworld and ive literally been playing it in 15 minute blocks because its so frustrating! considering how old the damn franchise is you think they could have fixes up the camera at least. Personally i think that if this game could run on the assassins creed engine it would be a dream.

I first play Tomb Raider on the PC and I just put it away after half an hour, it annoyed me back then but on New Years Eve I was at a relatives and my cousin had just bought himself an Xbox 306 for christmas and he bought Underworld. So I though "fine, I will try it, how bad can it be?" Well how wrong was I to say that!
I had to put it down after 10 minutes because I got so annoyed, it too hard and why? Do they not want people to complete it or what?  Seriously though, not such an epic game really in my eyes. -le sigh-
