Tornado in TorontoWell, I'm from Toronto and today it got rocked by a huge friggin storm. A tornado actually touched down for the first time here since 1987. Here's a pic.
Here's a view from downtown which is absolutely nuts.
Also I took this photo from my backyard. Its the aftermath of the storm and no joke the sky was this colour. I have never seen anything like it before. Plus the rainbow is pretty cool.
But yeah just sharing. I thought the tornado was pretty cool.

crazy cool pics! ha ha the last last time you had a tornado was the year i was born. somehow utah which has TWO mountian ranges managed to have a tornado like 6 years ago it was weird! and someone died, did any one get hurt in toronto?

Yeah it's pretty crazy eh?
Well 200 homes were so badly destroyed that they have to be demolished. It also was just reported that one person died, an eleven year old boy. I find it insane with some of the photos I've seen of the wrecked houses that there weren't more casualties. I'm glad though that people made it out alive...I feel so bad for the family of that boy though.

yeah i felt that way too but iwas a guy that was actually working at an outdoor expo my uncle was working at. i honestly dont remember how much damage it caused just that my uncle was there when the guy died. if theres enough warning and people do what there supossed to casualties can be mitigated, sometimes though theres just dumb bad luck.

That cloud is insane!! And the Colour of the sky, wow. The weather is definitly going crazy everywhere!
