Hi ladies,
we're looking for an Australian based female games reviewer. There is no cash payment, but games will be sent out and once reviewed can be kept by the reviewer. Anyone interested in the position please contact lesbolicious@mac.com with the following information:

Name and location (ie state in Australia)
Formats you can cover
Writing experience if any and an example of
Why you'd like the position

Please NO FLAKES, you either want it or you don't, please don't make out you desperately want the position only to decide you don't at the last minute, or on the odd occasion you get a crappy game throw in the towel and leave everyone else in the lurch.
This is ideal for someone who is strapped for cash, since games here can cost up to $100 a piece... which isn't bad for playing a free game and writing up a review for a half hour.

If you have any further questions, either pop them in an email or ask in here if you think they're relevent to others. Writers will be sent a writing guide to help them with general outline and things like scoring etc.

I've done game reviews for strategy board games and also for Mac games, but I, too, don't live in Australia.

If any of us foreigners feel like writing reviews of games we own without any games being sent to us, would you be open to accepting them for your site?

Hi guys,
we will ALWAYS accept reviews / submissions if people feel kind / generous enough to write them, but they would have to follow the writers guide to be published (since games publishers check our reviews). Essentially the review would need:

A score out of 10 (with 5 and not 7 being the median score - as some gaming websites use 7!)
Girl gamer info (any female characters? Are they cool, slutty, useless, weaker than the male choices etc.)
Lesbian gamer info (like the girl gamer info but if there's any reason the lesbian audience in particular would enjoy it more than another title)

... and no repeat reviews.. so check with us first if it's been / is being covered. We'd be the only site online offering the lesbian perspective in reviews and we'd be teaming up with the first site online to include the female gamer info, so reviews will appear on both.
