What are your Top 5 favorite movies?1. Braveheart < best freedom fighter movie ever.
2. Kill Bill 1 & 2 < best kick-ass female fight movie ever, especially the fight scene where Elle loses her last eye. priceless!
3. Grindhouse < especially 'Death Proof'. who doesn't want to see Zoe Bell play ship's captain on a classic muscle car? the best revenge with muscle cars scene ever!
4. All of the Alien movies. period.
5. D.E.B.S.
Honorable Mentions: Little Miss Sunshine, Terminator 2, Big, Planes/Trains & Automobiles, Tipping the Velvet (not technically a movie, unless you watch all 3 episodes at once), Dawn of the Dead (the remake), Gia, When Night Is Falling, Tombstone, Sweeney Todd (Tim Burton's musical horror masterpiece).

ugh, i always hate answering these because there are SO many movies that i love, domestic and foreign. it makes picking pretty hard. not to mention that it changes with new movies that come out. but if i must, i guess it'll come down to a 'what would i not get sick of watching were i stuck on a deserted island'... in no particular order...
1) Riding Giantts - My dad is and always will be in his heart, a surfer, and while he never got around to teaching me how to do it (I loved water but hated the sensation of water going up my nose so was a pretty late swimmer), I have to say that I'm quite fond of it myself. I loved and laughed my way through The Endlesss Summer 2, which is also a great surf movie/documentary, but I think I'm drawn to RG more because it tells the history of surfing in a very personal but still very fun and entertaining way. It's a movie I think even people that aren't into surfing could enjoy.
2) High Fidelity - Ah...John Cusack and his movies that will always has a frickin' AWESOME soundtrack. I loved Grosse Point Blank as well but again, I think it's the method of storytelling in HG that attracts me to it more. That and John's character was/is a DJ in it as well so that's extra points. And Jack Black is in it without being TOO over the top zany.
3) Serenity - I LOVE FIREFLY. Hence, it's only natural that I love Serenity as well. Love the characters, love the way they interact with each other, love the world they live in, just plain love it. I would NEVER get sick of it. EVAR.
4) Beauty and the Beast - My absolute FAVORITE Disney movie, even if you throw in all the Pixar films. This movie was absolutely MAGICAL in every sense. And let's face it, probably has one of the best animated kisses ever, even if human Beast wasn't all that great lookin'. XD
5) An Evening With Kevin Smith / Denis Leary - No Cure for Cancer / Margaret Cho - I'm the One I Want - Yeah, it's a three way tie. It really friggin' is. ALL THREE make me laugh so much, no matter what kind of mood I'm in. Heck, if Bill Engvall had a filming of Dorkfish, that'd have to be up there too. That kind of makes me want to put Russell Peters' Comedy Now! skit on there as well. Life can always use laughs and all of the above do an excellent job of bringing laughs into my life.
...there's so many more i'd want to put on there but meh... n.n;

be sure to check out The Endless Summer 2 as well if you haven't seen that! it's also a really good movie, it's just if i had to pick between the two, i'd bring Riding Giants with me. XD oh, i forgot to mention to that Riding Giants was directed and thought up by Stacy Peralta, who also did the skating movie/documentary Dogtown and Z-Boys (not to be confused with the Heath Ledger movie, Lords of Dogtown), so if you've seen that, that should give you and idea what Riding Giants will be like.

5) DEBS - Angela Robinson is my hero and Jordana Brewster is hot. Enough said.
4) The Neverending Story - Still one of my favorite movies. It's just timeless and awesome, and hello, Luck Dragon.
3) Fists of Fury - Classic Bruce Lee. Much love.
2) Clash of the Titans - This is another one of those timeless, old movies where I could overlook every mythological inaccuracy because claymation monsters were just so damned cool.
1) I really have no idea what my favorite movie of all time is, but for gay movies it's probably Saving Face and for other movies it's most likely Fearless or Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Yes, I really like martial arts movies.
