I don't have any multiplayer Wii games but I'd be happy to exchange DS friendcodes if anyone's interested.
I have Animal Crossing, Worms 2, Phantom Hourglass and Rune Factory, but I haven't actually activated the online on any of them.
Should this go in a new thread? It's relevant, but people with DSs but no Wii might not look here.

Lol, no worries I was pretty confused too :X
From the Main Screen, click on the Message icon, then click on Create Message, the select your Address Book, Voila 
If you didn't update your Wii for a while it might skip over the first page so just select to go back ^^
