Work Relatedfigure, it'd be fun to just have a space to rant about work crap for everyone.
today, it's not Black Friday, but an after Xmas sale, which means a 5:30am to 11:30pm shift, with one 30min break and a 2 hour lunch break inbetween. *sigh* i hate holiday sales as a retail peon. i really do. T~T

Hey,
It must be sooo hard having to work in retail through the holidays. I am lucky to be off work until Thursday the 3rd January so I am very happy.

sorry! don't get me started on holiday commercialism. that's what's driving your work-related pain. it just seems that each year the lead up to Halloween gets shorter because 'they' can't wait to stock the shelves with xmas.
i too am off work until Thursday, 1/3. i wait all year for this time off, working like a slaved brainiac all the way. so, it's a great mental break... like gaming! yay!

I missed the day after christmas madness, due to illness. My boss was not happy with me but he didn't really want me infecting the rest of the work force either lol. Tomorrow is new years eve and I'll be working it and new years too. Luckily I get off at 6pm tomorrow so that's plenty of time to party before working the closing shift on new years.

I've been away over the period, but back now and into work. I also have some additional classes to do at nights, so my time is swallowed up. This goes some way in explaining why I haven't gamed very much for about the previous month.
