The monsters are similar to vampires, not zombies. If anyone like post-apocalyptic films, they could see far worse films than I Am Legend. I thought it was well done. From what I know, the 1954 novel on which the film was based, is pretty different. Either way, a virus infected human gone insane. The movie was good and has it's perks. Due to the story plot, the movie was forced to be a one man movie. Making a little dragged out to see. It certainly is different, but good.
