So far I've only seen Maya (Caroljeanne) online, said hi but guess she was AFK. I guess the time difference is just impossible. Maybe one day when I sleep really late or get up really early.

I'd be interested in joining in for the Zoo all-pet run. My mesmer's pet never gets to come along on things (except when I was leveling her), so it would be rather fun. I'll show up in LA later today to see if any open slots are available  |

Glad you showed up. We had a much lower turnout than we usually get--often we have enough to form two groups. But a number of regulars couldn't make it last week.
How did your Deep run go? Unfortunately, my only warrior is level 18 and in the desert working toward ascension. Maybe next time.

im trying to make one but my wirless is a pice of shit, and i dont have enough money, im not that good but i havnt played in ages if some one wants to join up my characters are tlc demon and aketo shibnacy i play pvp with most of mine but i have a necro and assasin for pve and my guild name i will make tlc demons (the lesbian clan demons) i know i sounds stupid but i couldnt think of anything else. and my ex has 2 chars on my computer i got them up to be really high for her and then boom its over but what ev. if any one wants to join up like i said just add me.

Help! I'm confused (not unusual)
I checked out the Guild Wars website (seeing as so many of you seem to be playing it, thought i might give it a go).
Theres like 4 different options (campaigns?). Which one do you go for?
Are Eye of the North, Nightfall and Factions just add-ons to enhance Guild Wars? If you buy one can you still chat with people playing on another. Ack, I'm sooo lost (noob alert). |

I think most of us have all campaigns and expansions (at least I do); but you can buy each of the campaigns separately as they're stand-alone games -- you'll just have less campaign-specific skills. Eye of the North is an expansion so you'll need to already have at least one campaign (Prophecies, Factions or Nightfall) and at least one level 10 character in order to access it.
Oh also, the characters look rather different for each campaign.
Prophecies = Caucasian
Factions = Asian
Nightfall = African
Personally, I enjoyed all the campaigns so it's completely up to you.
[EDIT]
You can chat with anyone from anywhere even if you only have one, so don't worry about that. Also, if you're into PVP, you should really get every single campaign.

I own all 3 campaigns and the expansion Eye of the North as well but you only need one campaign to be able to play.
As for which campaign is best... For a new player I suppose I'd recommend Nightfall (because you're given heroes), though most say the story is best in Prophecies.
If you do join and need any help feel free to ask
Oh and thanks for the hello Vickie, might I ask what game your avatar is from? ^^

I wouldn't recommend Factions to start with. I'd probably suggest Nightfall, for the same reasons Sora did. Alternatively, if you can get Prophecies cheap, you may want to go for that.
Frances, I have a couple of trial keys for Nightfall. Once you create an account and apply the key, you'll be able to play for 10 hours or 14 days, whichever comes first. You'll have to download the client from the Guild Wars site. If you'd like a trial key, message me and I'll send you one.

i only play nightfall (i only had enough money for 1) and the guy and best buy said it was easiest so i got it. i really like nightfall i dont know about anyother games. and its really easy.
