I wanted to go cosplay as Protoman this year, but dunno if I'll have time... 
Another option was Tifa from Advent Children, but my hair hasn't grown enough since I cut it for my megaman costume last year lol |

I would cosplay, but I wouldn't ever want to do it as any certain character. (The avatar picture is me, and I don't think I look enough like any character to pull off masquerading as them.) Instead, I think it would be fun to dress as a generic red, black or white mage, or some other character class from the older final fantasies. =P Then I'd just be... Me! As a Final Fantasy character.

that is 1 of my costumes. i am the red haird chik.
i helped my sister make that one. i like it cause it is of guild wars.

Never been to a animecon, but I did dressup as a huntress nightelf for a festival, I poked everyones eyes out whenever I turned around, my ears were pretty big *grin*
