I really love All Flesh Must be Eaten (AFMBE).  ZOMBIES! Not only that, but zombies in any setting you want.  I did a one-shot Wild West Zombie deal, that took place just in a tavern (because I'm lazy), and I've been in campaigns that were done in a pulp style and in a more modern style.  It's lots of fun and it involves ZOMBIES!  It used the Unisystem, which I adore because it's a fast way to generate a character that doesn't involve dice.

The Unisystem is also used in the Buffy and Angel games, as well as Army of Darkness.
