LOL it's XP actually. I never really got into the 'smoother' and 'rounder' look of XP and/or Vista.

LOLZ again. It's mostly an aesthetic thing on my part. I didn't want to cover up the text or bunch them up in the upper left corner so I figured it'd look better to have them run along the bottom from the right instead. It's my random pickiness I suppose? LOL
