Oh yes.
Last one I read was Jingo. My favourites are the Watch ones, and then the witches ones. What about yours? |
the Watch books rulllle! I also like Monstorous Regiment because its kinda standalone (and has slllight gay subtext and girls cross dressing as boy soldiers BOO YA) and small gods. Whose your fave character? i love death!

I loved Monstrous Regiment, even though it got kinda predictable once you worked out what was going on...
Don't think I could pick a favourite character - Death, Vimes, Nanny Ogg, Susan, Anoia, Cut-Me-Own-Throat, Dibbler, Vetinari...? No, I can't. _________________

lol everyone here in Montana was sort of freaking out when his book made the bestseller list so I never read them because of all the hype. Maybe I should stop being so pissy and finally read them? |

Yeah, I konw. He's campaigning for it to become less of a taboo subject and have people understand it better. _________________

I actually just read "Slow River" by her - hadn't read anything by her before, found her at random in a bookstore on a business trip in London. I liked her, and will have to go look for more.
A big favorite of mine is Ursula K. Le Guin (of course) - she's wonderful. Am also really liking Val McDermid's mysteries (some have lesbian characters) and Laurie King |

Goblin Quest by Jim Hines. One of the funniest books I've ever read! Also love Kim Harrison's The Hollow series. And I just started The Vampire Earth books by E. E. Knight. Really like them so far.
