As a person who has been involved with a clan (before I got tired of exactly this sort of BS), I can say that most clans don't like it when their own members leave (or talk about leaving) to form other clans. So it's probably that the administrators didn't want people leaving the clan to make a new one. Oooh: By the by, I do play Halo 2 on PC if anyone happens to have it.
